Her academic foundation includes a BSc in Mass Communication from the University of Lagos, an MA in Marketing Communication from the University of the Arts, London, and a Diploma in Digital Marketing from the Institute of Digital Marketing, London , equipping her with both theoretical insight and practical expertise.
In 2015, she co-founded Scentify, a home fragrance brand focused on mood enhancement through scent. She led the company’s marketing, product innovation, and operations until 2022. She later took on the role of Managing Director for a family-owned bakery in Abuja, where she led brand building, business structuring, and operational optimization.
Under her leadership, the bakery established a loyal customer base and transitioned into a new management model designed for long-term sustainability and growth. In 2025, Bukola returned to the home fragrance space with Host, a refined fragrance and lifestyle brand she now runs independently, combining her creative vision with entrepreneurial drive.
She currently serves as Business Director at JT Agency, a storytelling agency dedicated to capturing and communicating the legacies of individuals and institutions, primarily within Nigeria’s public sector. Her role spans client service, business development, and strategic oversight to ensure both impact and profitability. Outside work, Bukola enjoys travel, trying out new food experiences, and spending quality time with close friends and family.
